Dr. Mario R. Briones is named the new President of the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU), May 21. The third president of the university was elected by the LSPU Board of Regents (BOR), headed by Commissioner Lilian A. De Las Llagas of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) at the CHED Office, Diliman, Quezon City.
