LSPU-Los Baños Campus orients newly hired personnel

Seven newly hired personnel of the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Los Baños Campus (LSPU-LBC) were oriented on government rules and regulations through an onboarding activity of the campus, April 3.

The activity prepared the new entrants in government service and apprised them of their roles and campus policies. Mr. Efren R. Dela Paz, J.D, Administrative Officer V of LSPU-LBC, discussed the do's and don'ts in government offices, leave credits, and anti-sexual harassment. It also served as a platform to address and clarify the concerns of the new employees.

Also present during the activity was Dr. Imee Prescilla P. Sanchez, Head of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of LSPU-LBC.

The onboarding activity is a regular intervention of the HRMO of LSPU campuses to guide newly hired personnel for effective and efficient delivery of public service. It is in line with Republic Act 6713 also known as the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees”.
