Louis Laine Padua, newly elected President of the Federated Supreme Student Council (FSSC), has officially taken oath as the Student Regent of the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) Board of Regents (BOR) at the Board Room of LSPU-Siniloan Campus, Dec. 1.
