Nicole E. Villanueva, a senior high school (SHS) student of the Laguna State Polytechnic University-San Pablo City Campus (LSPU-SPCC), serenaded her way to the first runner up spot of the Maria Carpena Kundiman Song Competition held at the Metro Centro Mall, Sta. Cruz, Laguna, Nov. 15.
Meanwhile, Iya Dennise C. Monticer of the Siniloan Integrated High School and Cathlyn Parana of the Sta. Maria Academy, won as the champion and second runner up, respectively.
Ms. Villanueva was a duly endorsed representative of the City Tourism Office of the City Government of San Pablo, Laguna.
Danelle F. Fajot served as the coach and trainor of Ms. Villanueva.
