Briones, the chairpersons of the LSPU Scholarship and Financial Assistance (SFA), and the DSWD for bringing out this assistance for the youth and students who are very close to the senator's heart, having started in Kabataang Barangay (KB) which is now known as Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).

Mr. Narvaez also shared the senator’s Cash-for-Work program through the DSWD that provides some LSPU fresh graduates three-month job opportunities where they will receive wages based on their employer’s minimum wage rate.
