1. SUBMISSION OF LACKING CREDENTIALS
Please login to your account (Student Portal) http://myaccount-spc.lspu.edu.ph
and click the NOTIFICATION button
Please submit and comply with all of your deficiencies and download the F-137 request form (if you have a pending F137) and submit the lacking credentials to the office of the Registrar, weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
2. GRADUATION CLEARANCE
The Office of the Registrar will process your clearance to the concerned offices so you don’t have to seek the signatures in person. So, in order for us to accomplish your Graduation Clearance, you should be cleared from all the obligations in the following offices/units:
a. Accounting Office
Pay all your cash obligations in the Cashier’s Office before the given deadline. You may inquire about your outstanding balance through the Accounting Office’s official FB page: Accounting Office - LSPU SPCC or call (049) 554-9910 local 3007
b. Library
For 4-year degree courses and GSAR, submit/upload your thesis manuscript in CD or PDF format to their official FB page Library of LSPU San Pablo Campus, and return the borrowed books to the University Library.
c. College
Contact your respective Dean’s Office to be informed of the requirements you need to comply with.
d. Office of Student Affairs
You should not have any pending disciplinary case filed in OSAS.
e. Office of the Registrar
Pass all the enrolled subjects for Second Sem AY 2021-2022
Communicate with the in-charged Registrar’s staff concerning your academic deficiencies:
NO CLEARANCE... NO GRADUATION..

Accomplish/fill out the APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION form which can be accessed online through the Student Portal (APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION button)
