The General Services Unit (GSU) of the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Los Baños Campus (LSPU-LBC) conducted a comprehensive post-evaluation for the previously conducted activities of LSPU-LBC, July 3.
The said undertaking aims to solicit feedback, identify strengths and weaknesses, and address issues and concerns to continuously improve the GSU’s services for its clients and stakeholders.
“Ginawa ito ng GSU para magkaroon ng feedback, what went wrong and what went good, simula sa accreditation up until graduation conducted ng LB,” Ms. Eden Joy Eugenio, Security Management Office (SMO) and GSU head, shared.
The evaluation session was followed by a brief discussion on teamwork, highlighting the significance of collaboration and mutual support among the GSU personnel and drivers.
This initiative, led by Ms. Eugenio, underscores the unit’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
By systematically assessing their recent activities, the GSU aims to ensure that future events and processes are executed more efficiently and effectively, ultimately benefiting the entire LSPU-LBC community. This proactive approach not only enhances service delivery but also strengthens the GSU’s role in supporting the university’s mission and goals.###
