May 23-25, 2016. The Annual Review and Assessment of LSPU Strategic Development Plan CY 2015 was held in La Luz Beach Reort, San Juan Batangas. This activity was initiated by the Planning & Development Office of LSPU headed by Engr. Beltran P. Pedrigal with the assistance of the Campus Chairpersons.
In his message, Dr. Nestor M. de Vera, President expressed his high expectations that more programs will be recognized as Center of Development in the future. He also emphasized that since there is no competition particularly in the Fishery Program, why not work for its recognition as COD in the coming year.
The Directors present accomplishment reports on the following perspectives: Customer, Internal Process, Learning and Growth, and Finance. There are at least six initiatives to obtain the strategic objectives such as Community Relations Program, Organizational Development, Comprehensive Development Program and Student Welfare, Comprehensive.
Resource Generation and Management Program, University Research and Development Program, Comprehensive Faculty and Staff Development Program. The last part of the activity was a workshop on the Preparation of the next Five Year Strategic Development Plan 2018-2022.
