The training started with an Opening Prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. Vice President Efren R. De la Paz delivered the Opening Remarks as well as explained the Rationale of the activity. He also discussed RRACCS 2017, Dress Code, Government Time and Sexual Harassment. The different topics indicated below were discussed by the selected faculty of CTE. The
Conduct of Research was explained by Mr. Christian Paul P. De la Cruz, Director of Research. The participants’ knowledge on each topic was enhanced with a workshop/activity. An Open Forum followed after the discussion of each topic in order to clarify concepts and ideas. To provide variation in the conduct of the training, joyful icebreakers were integrated to the delight of the participants. Results of evaluation revealed that the participants learned a lot from the training, they were enlightened on the teaching profession and suggested to have relevant activities of this sort in the future.
