The Laguna Police Provincial Office Counter Urban and Rural Operations (LPPO CURAO) Team 1 donated 14 Patrol Reconnaissance Operations Batons (PROBatons) to the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Los Baños Campus (LSPU-LBC) at the Office of the General Services Unit (GSU), June 25.
The donation was facilitated by Police Master Sergeant Cristina P. Mendoza, Police Corporal Alexander A. Gamis, and Patrolman John Kali O. Calatin.
LSPU-LBC Campus Director, Atty. Rushid Jay S. Sancon, along with Security Management Office (SMO) and GSU head, Ms. Eden Joy L. Eugenio, received the batons.
“We deeply appreciate their frequent communication with our security management office and their diligent conduct of various activities which significantly contributed to our campus safety and awareness,” Atty. Sancon said, expressing the university’s gratitude for the continued support from the Philippine National Police (PNP).
These batons will aid the security guards in maintaining peace and order on campus.###
