A number of students participated in International Practicum Programs, Agriculture (thru Israel Agro-students) Pre-Service  Teaching (Vietnam) Industrial Technology (Malaysia). A number of students won in Campus Journalism and literary competitions.

LSPU hosted and co-hosted national and international conferences, the latest of which are seminar on Research and Teaching with Thai Nguyen University held in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam;

Established Research and Statistics Building Center for Agriculture and Biotechnology at Siniloan Host Campus.

 Research Development Center for Fishery with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and facilities at Los Baños Campus and Food Processing Shared Service Facilities (SSF) at Sta. Cruz Main Campus in collaboration with the DOST, DTI and ALAFOP.

Faculty and student researches are continually presented in international (faculty:98) and national (faculty:59) conferences.

There are five certified Utility Models (UM), upon which one is a regional (DOST RICE) awardee.

Established academe industry partnership like Innovation, Design and Development (IDD) Laboratory at San Pablo City Campus in partnership with DOST.

Donation of 2000 square meters for GAD-based community development project in Famy, Laguna.

Financial profile increase in government subsidy allotment from Php 189,447,557.00 (2011) to Php 427,115,555.00 (2018) with 125.45% increase of annual budget.

Resource generation from scholarhip has increased from Php 58.89 (2014) to Php 82.43 M (2018).

Reduce classroom from 1:70 to 1:40 to student ratio by constructing additional buildings and refurbishment of existing buildings, thus, increasing the student carrying capacity of the State University.

Purchase of additional vehicles to increase mobility of faculty and students in attendance to different off-campus activities from 11 vehicles (2011) to 21 vehicles (2017) with higher vehicular seating capacities.

The University has facilitated the land titling in four campuses especially in Siniloan Host Campus and Los Baños Campus.
