Laguna State Polytechnic University continues to establish full blast academic covenants with prestigious international Universities while maintaining its strong bond of alliance with its existing partners since early 2000.

Dr. Nestor M. De Vera, LSPU President and Dr. Dang Kim Vui, Thai Nguyen University Rector, Thai Nguyen Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam both agreed to extend their academic sisterhood relationship. The existing programs include: Teacher Exchange Program, Functional English Language/ Intensive English Language Proficiency Course, Master of Arts in Teaching major in English and Master of Arts in Education major in English, International Off-Campus Student Teaching in TUAF-TNU, and Credit Transform Program.

Likewise, Dr. Nestor M. De Vera, and Dr. Trinh The Truyen, Hung Vuong University (HVU) Rector, Hung Vuong Province are in agreement to continue promoting their Teacher Exchange Program and Functional English Language Course for the 21st Century Professionals to enhance the English language skills of the HVU faculty, other professionals and students. In addition, HVU requested for new academic collaboration on 1) undergraduate Student Internship, and 2) graduate program, particularly Master in Business Administration.

Collaboratively, these Universities work harmoniously in the furtherance of global education and enhancement of academic and cultural partnership between the Philippines and Vietnam.  They conduct activities agreed upon in conformity with the policies they set pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Relatively, Dr. de Vera received an official intent letter from Keimyung University Dalgubeol-daero, Daegu, Korea through Mr. Chong Pal Kim of Worldwide Link Educational Development Inc. (WED), the Vice President of Ki-Bal Kim of Torch Co. Ltd., President of Overseas Korean Traders Association (OKTA) and Chairman of WWL Group of Companies and FOSCON Ship Management Ltd. and Dr. Joy Villapando WED President. The MOU signing is scheduled on June 1, 2018. He welcomes the idea of establishing rapport with this University that proposes  exchange of faculty members and students, joint research activities, special short-term academic programs, staff development projects, and participation in seminars and academic meetings, among others. The LSPU President is also addressing the requests  of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (Thailand), Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (India) and Denza Corporation ( Viet Nam) for academic collaboration. NGD
