The Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) certified a total of 7,949 graduates for the school year 2018-2019.
Composed of undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, and senior high school students, Siniloan (Host) Campus, Sta. Cruz Main (Main) Campus, San Pablo City Campus, and Los Baños Campus, including its extension and satellite campuses, conducted their respective commencement exercises in the months of May and June.
Another set of graduates belongs to the NSTP program.
Sta. Cruz gained the most number of graduates with a total of 2,878, followed by the San Pablo City Campus with 2,443, Siniloan Campus with 1,406, and Los Baños Campus with 1,222.
The said graduation rites were attended by the new University President, Dr. Mario R. Briones, who was elected to office on March 21,
In his speeches, President Briones shared his humble beginnings into becoming the third president of the university, inspiring the graduates to continue achieving their dreams in life.***
