Mr. Sean Archer Ronquillo, a first-year student from the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Los Banos Campus (LSPU-LBC), was named the 3rd runner up (4th place) in the 27th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ)-Provincial Elimination held at the San Pablo City Convention Center, Oct. 2.
